Hey Anne good luck. I didn't follow the diet (did my own thing) as I am vegetarian/vegan and not much in the diet for me. But I am sure it will work for those that stay with it. It is all about change and replacing one habit with another habit, a good one. And having an accountability partner helps. Please send us down some rain --or lacking that maybe some water:).Cheers

p.s LOVE creme caramel - as long as it is chocolate!!

Yes...I'm from country NSW...okay closer to QLD but still in NSW even though they keep threatening to move the border to Coffs Harbour which would then put me in QLD...starting tomorrow...have had a big feed of pizza and red wine (and of course creme caramel for dessert) tonight...so full...start full throttle tomorrow
