- I have been excited lately! We've had an abundance of food at work, lately....and I have done well not eating the sweets! I haven't had any issues with headaches, since I don't drink alcohol or any caffiene....except for the amount in chocolate....and I have been SOOOO good ! I really feel happy. I lost 4 lbs last week...and maintained this week, but haven't been working out like I should! I need to work this off and I will! When Dax is being "harsh" he makes me laugh! He is totally refreshing! Thank you... and watch out world!!!!!!!!!!!
