I started the ED 1st June and all is going well (lost 4lbs that week - yeah! :-)). then started the 9 Day Look Great Naked Test Drive this week and added the exercises... my question is really about exercise...
I already do at least a couple of Body Pump sessions a week and I run on the treadmill a couple of times a week... do I still continue those while doing the IMT? Or should I not do them at all while doing the IMT? you said something about not doing any aerobics...
also how do people e-mail you??? I've tried a couple of times to reply to the e-mail and it just bounces back? and I can't seem to access the goal cards...

Everyday I exercise 30 minute crossing, 20 minute bike, 5 minute rowing, 10 minute weigth lif for my arms and 15 minute slow swimming. Is fast wlak or slow running better than crossing machine?
I have started 21 May and lost 9 kilo since than. This week I didnt loose much. What else can do to fasten my metabolism? By the way I eat frozen berry mixture with low fat yogurt in the morning and bigggg salad with chicken and nothing after I arrive home.

I now have another question. I will be finished with the 21 day ED on Monday. I have loved it and will continue this lifestyle as much as possible. I lost 5 pounds while doing the diet. My goal weight is still 10 pounds away. I have gained muscle but due to living in Beijing, China, I have not found someone to accurately test bf%. Is it still a reasonable goal to try and lose the scale weight? I am 5'4 and weigh 144 pounds. I know that not all of that is muscle:) What would you recommend in order to get the weight lower? Thanks for your help!
I am very excited to be here and learn all I can from you! I only wish that I lived there so that I could personally glean from your expertise. I was thrilled to see your wife over on the FYM site. My husband asked me this morning if when I reach my goal I will finally be satisfied. He is tired of hearing about all that I have researched and learned. I told him that this isn't about just losing weight anymore. It is about being able to walk and have enregy when I am 60. I want to be healthy so this is a lifestyle change not a fad. I have been researching and changing things for over a year. Your program was just what I needed to really jump start my weight loss again. Hope to be able to give you a great report!
