Hi Ali, Join the club. I put on two pounds the first week. However, now on Day 14 I have lost them and two more as well. I am giving it the whole 30 day trial before complaining too much ...
Yes, I have just started the diet for 30 days. Now on Day 3. Or 1 (it depends which e-mail you read).
About Me:
I am someone who has struggled with various diets since about age 30 (slim before that) what with children, work and so on. Now largely retired, I want to slim down, not expand further! Very active, but not in recognised 'exercise' ways except walking. I am doing the IMT routine twice a day now and the mobilisation routine daily. I really like the exercises which are intelligent and sensible and less boring than usual. So far I have gained weight (a familiar story) so have decided not to weigh till the end of the 30 days in case I get childishly discouraged. This diet should work for me as it continues changes I have made myself for some time, but is more strict. Here's hoping. I also like having a British guru with a good old Cray Valley accent and physical style on his videos. Dax is the first trainer I have seen who knows how to move and looks like he can dance! I am going to stick to it but if there is no result I shall be extremely downhearted.
